Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!

Well…that’s what we used to say way back when I worked in horse racing!

But this time, I’m super happy that my image of a diver cutting away a Ghost net in Scapa Flow won an award.

Last Tuesday I headed down to Brixham with Paul Duckworth to promote Ghost Fishing UK and run a stand at the Brixham Marine Conservation day. We met some great people and I gave a talk on the project which went down really well. I was over the moon that my image of Colin Stratton and the Ghost net won the Underwater Conservation Photograph contest.

I came away with a Manfrotto camera bag and no less than four DSLR photography books. As you know, WetWellies try very hard to protect the environment and our work with Ghost Fishing is just one of the ways in which we like to make a difference.
